GREETINGS FROM PORT REXTON AREA LIONS CLUB

We want to take this time to reflect and thank our community members for your continued support.

In purchasing tickets and supporting our hotdog sales you have enabled us as a group to help those in need. Our ongoing 50-50 draw and radio bingo have also greatly helped us to give back to our communities. Thank you!

Involvement with our children at Bishop White is very important to us. Our Lions look forward to serving weekly at the breakfast program. Port Rexton and Fort Point lions Clubs participate together with hosting an annual Peace Poster contest, this year it was held on November 9th. Congratulations to Trinity Hogan her poster will be sent to the district for the next level judging. Thank-you all that participated!

Winter things to look forward to are: our annual seniors Christmas dinner, music and Santa visit, as well as the Santa Parade and hopefully (snow) a skidoo run this year.

As Christmas approaches we would like to ask for your much needed help To fill our food bank shelves once again. Food donations can be left at our to supporting grocery retailers Value Grocer and Freshmart or please contact one of our members for pick up. *there will also be a food/toy drive float within the Santa Parade*
We appreciate all you do to keep us at our strongest.

Keep in mind the Lion’s building is available for family receptions of all sorts.
Contact Lion Rob Butler for more information and bookings at 705-790-5947.
