Expressions of Interest Requested

 Request for Expressions of Interest

The Trinity Historical Society (THS) has received approval from the Town of Trinity to construct a multipurpose building between the Parish Hall and the Courthouse on Dock Lane in Trinity. This building will be a single-story structure measuring 20 feet by 20 feet. The building was designed by Mr. Frank Lapointe, has a central windowed cupola to permit natural light, and a front which resembles an old mercantile establishment. The drawings for a 6 foot linhay extension along the back of the building which could house a bathroom and storage have been done. This addition would require Council approval. The building has a very pleasing historic appearance. Heat will be supplied by a heat pump. Drawings of the building can be seen on our website:

www.trinityhistoricalsociety.com

This building will be located in the heart of Trinity and is well placed for a tourism related business. However, there are many possible uses for this space.

The THS is now requesting expressions of interest from the business community for the possible lease of this lovely building.
