Discretionary Use Notice
The Town of Trinity has received an application from 25 Railway Road to build a 30’ x 50’
building in the Mixed Development Use Zone. The first floor will be used as a boathouse
and living accommodations on the top floor. The proposed use is an accessory use to the
Accommodations use of the property.
Residents are requested to notify Council in writing, mail, facsimile or email, by April 20,
2021 of any concerns or comments on the proposed discretionary use notice.
