Development Regulations Amendment
The Town Council of Trinity is considering an amendment to the Trinity Development Regulations. In accordance with Section 14 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, Council is seeking input from residents on the proposed amendment.
Council wishes to amend the Mixed Development land use zone by increasing the maximum permitted size and height for residential accessory buildings in the zone. The amendment also includes conditions for consideration of applications for residential accessory buildings.
Residents are requested to notify Council in writing, mail, facsimile or email, by April 22, 2021 of any concerns or comments on the proposed amendment.
